Therapy Team

we believe that in order to provide safe, consistent and nurturing care we must continually invest in and support our foster families and staff teams.

Care experienced young people have often been through difficult and traumatic life experiences.  Our foster families, teachers and residential staff are supported by a team of qualified and experienced therapists, so their approaches can be tailored to the individual needs of young people.

Support you can rely on

We have  assembled the 'A-Team' of therapists at Family Care, focussed on achieving the best outcomes for children and young people.

Our lead therapist Kerry has been with Family Care since 2004 and leads a team of highly qualified, experienced therapeutic practicioners.  Together the team support foster families, teachers and residential staff to tailor their approaches to the individual needs of young people - which is essentially what 'therapeutic' means.
