All the staff at Family Care are motivated to play their part in changing children’s lives, not just those on the ‘front line’. Every area of the business, from Finance and Administration to our Therapeutic team is driven by our key value of aspiring to be the best, to ensure that we are significantly improving young people’s lives and experiences.

Central Support Services provide ethical and innovative ways of working to ensure that every home, school and member of staff has the equipment, training and resources needed to perform their role without interruption.

Family Care Group succeeds because of our staff. We recruit people whose ethos is to constantly improve and who are passionate about improving children’s life chances.

We also know that working across the group brings its own challenges, with conflicts of demand and need in different areas. You can be sure that whatever your role, you will be supported by a family of colleagues, and a Management Team who knows staff need to be looked after too. Training, team meetings and development opportunities will all be offered to ensure that you reach your own career and personal goals.

We are incredibly proud of our work, and central to everything we do is our support services.  Apply today, you won’t look back.
