Residential
Family Care Associates runs seven residential child care homes all of which are registered
with Ofsted. We also operate Access School which is in the midlands which is registered with
the DfES (Department for Education and Skills).
Our homes are located in Telford, Shrewsbury, Preston, Southport, Blackburn and Greater Manchester. Each home has its own specialism and receives support from our education and therapeutic support services.
Our residential child care homes have developed an excellent track record of preparing young people for family placement with families@familycare or other fostering providers. We also work closely with a nationally recognised quality provider of independent of health care and can, in agreed individual cases, offer psychological and psychiatric support from specialists with whom our residential staff work closely.
